General terms when being in a coaching or therapy engagement:

• coaching and therapy are a form of development , 10-12 sessions are recommended for a change to be visible; sessions are of 45-50 minutes
• in a coaching or therapeutic engagement, we will identify where you are and where you wanna be; you will be invited into a coaching/therapeutic program, including self-reflection and new practices to step into new skills and competencies
• you will not be advised, consulted, mentored and the coach /therapist is not liable for your decisions; the techniques used are around listening and asking open ended questions, empowering the client to unveil possibilities and new solutions; check out the difference between methods here; as appropriate we will be using evidence based frameworks and certified therapeutic interventions
• in a therapeutic engagement we will identify what past behaviors show up today and prevent you from further developing; by addressing those memories, events, we will remove blockages and support you to relearn healthier ways of being
• both coaching and therapy involve commitment, relationship based on mutual trust and willingness to work on self
